For a full-service move, the hourly rate includes the crew, moving truck, and standard equipment, with no separate truck, fuel, or mileage fees. A two-hour minimum applies, followed by quarter-hour billing. Time is normally billed from when the crew leaves the Loveland yard until it returns. Ask how travel time, packing, and any additional handling needs apply to your estimate. If you already have transportation arranged, ask for a separate labor-only estimate for loading or unloading.
